PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Once a session date and time have been agreed upon, your session will not be considered confirmed until the full fee amounts are paid.  Fees are 100% refundable if a session is cancelled within 10 business days prior to the session date and 50% refundable if a session is cancelled within 3 business days of the session date. 

 

Re-Scheduling a session is easy and never a problem but understand that fees become non-refundable if a session is re-scheduled up to 2 (two) times and then subsequently cancelled for any reason.
