Spiritual Guidance on the Path of Enlightenment
~Living as a fully Present Being~
For many, the thought of attaining enlightenment is an impossible feat; something only achieved by a far distant monk, past Master or other ancient Being. Over millennia and with spiritual arts being swept from the East to Western culture, the concept of enlightenment has been reshaped and redefined to something that for most, is believed to be out of reach. When all of these layers of misunderstanding are stripped away though, the clarity and simplicity of enlightenment once again shines through like a beacon, calling out to each and every one of us.
Enlightenment is simply your natural state of felt connectedness with what is essentially you and yet so much more. It is the discovery and embodiment of something eternal and indestructible, your true nature beyond your form and name. It is a state of being whole and at one with the All, and therefore at peace. It is the ability to access and reside within the knowing and feeling of your own true presence as an eternal Soul; it is the deep realization of the I AM that is prior to “I am this” or “I am that”. It is, as the Buddha said, “the end of suffering”.
When you don’t feel this connectedness, you experience the illusion of separation from both yourself and everyone around you. You then experience yourself as being isolated where fear, judgement, resistance and conflict becomes the norm. With an illusionary need to survive in a world of separation, “me versus them” becomes a common theme and we can easily see this throughout history in wars and still today in daily conflict.
The illusion of separation was borne with the egoic mind and so, as long as a person lives through their ego, they will experience suffering through this perceived separation. It is therefore also true that as long as a person can reside within the Present Moment, they will attain enlightenment. Each go hand in hand.
Everyone carries the seeds of enlightenment within them but for a great many, it is being obscured by the incessant streams of thoughts that the egoic mind puts out endlessly. The mind is simply making too much noise and resistance whereby unfortunately, the vast majority of the collective believe what their minds are telling them and as a result, have utterly identified with it and have become closed off and disconnected. This need not be so!
The End of Suffering
The good news is that it is possible to liberate yourself from the egoic mind and its endless narratives, comparisons and complaints that it works so very hard to maintain. I have witnessed over and over, within my own life and Quantum Healing practice, that it is the openness and stillness that we bring into our Being that sprouts the seeds of enlightenment.
What You Can Expect
The process of conscious evolution occurs in three stages:
Awareness: become aware of new information
Relate: relate that new information to ourselves
Assimilate: integrate the new information into our lives
In order for long lasting change to enter your life, it is necessary that you believe in what you are learning. Your mind will not be receptive to new information and concepts otherwise; and you will only believe it if you can, for yourself, experience how the information feels and relates to you as you learn it. It must make sense.
"I'm already familiar with the idea of Presence so I get it .... my life is just so crazy and filled with distractions that it's impossible for me to live that way all of the time."
Living a life fully in Presence is truly not as difficult as the ego would like it to seem. This is just more of it's chatter; steering you away from it being dissolved. Ultimately, it comes down to a choice. Are you done living in fear, conflict, resistance and despair? Can you really afford to continue that way?
There comes a time in everyone's life when we simply know we are done and know a change is necessary. Life is not meant to be survived ~ their is a way to live in perfect bliss and harmony with the Universe and everything and everyone within it. You must choose what you want.
The Number One Challenge
The biggest challenge that most people have in becoming fully Present beings is the lack of one-on-one support in knowing HOW to incorporate Presence into their day to day lives so that they become your new natural state of Being. It is one thing after all to understand a new concept but unless you know how to apply it and integrate it, it will do you little good. THIS is the gap that my Spiritual Guidance fills.
In essence, there is and always has been only one spiritual teaching and this is learning to live in the Present Moment and in doing so, take back control of your mind versus it controlling you.
The format that I have found to be most successful is to provide my clients with the most relevant, accurate and life changing information so as they digest it, they can relate to it and with one-on-one support, be able to easily integrate it for lasting results.
Using the Buddha's Eightfold Path to enlightenment in unison with Eckhart Tolle’s books and teachings as a foundation from which to work from, you will receive both of Eckhart's books, The Power of Now and The New Earth. Why do I do this? While I can easily teach others all of the lessons and truths within the Eightfold Path and these books, in terms of teaching materials, why not simply hand you a masterfully written book with every insight readily available?
It's about giving you the same resource and the one-on-one support that has, time and time again, proved to be highly effective.
When you receive your books, I will ask you to begin to read The Power of Now at a rate of one chapter per week. This allows you time to not only digest the words but most importantly, relate the information back to your own life. You’ll also be able to put into practice any exercises provided.
This is the biggest stumbling block for most people and yet it is where the real changes occur. Questions, fears and pre-established patterns easily creep into our day to day lives, so it is where the most support is needed. In order to support you in being able to incorporate Presence into your life, we will meet once per week for an hour, or more if desired. This can be done via phone or remotely. When we’re not meeting and as questions or challenges come up, I encourage clients to email me so that my support is always within easy reach, whenever it’s needed. There is no limit to the extent of support I provide my clients – it’s simply not the way I work.
When we meet, I will gently assist and support in helping you to incorporate both the Eightfold Path and Eckhart's teachings on Presence using your real life and unique challenges and blocks. This type of personal attention in using the realities of your life is invaluable when trying to incorporate Presence and Right Mindfulness into your life.
Duration of Support
Every client is different but ultimately, I will meet with you once per week until you feel that you no longer need the support. Because I make myself so readily available to my clients and because the information provided is THAT powerful, many clients have tremendous breakthroughs in a very short amount of time and after just a couple chapters are already experiencing an expansion of consciousness, confidence and bliss that they never thought possible.
You will walk away a different person!
Become a master creator instead of a reactor
Break negative patterns and stop negative thoughts
Manifest consciously instead of unconsciously
Transend the ego and it’s endless chatter and distractions
Achieve full physical health as your mind becomes whole again
Stop constant worry and anxiety
Awaken to who you truly are
Find peace regardless of circumstances
Learn to accept any situation or person without resistance
Reach your highest potential of joy and sustain it
Remove all levels of fear from your life
Live in alignment and in union with the totality of the All
There are many ways I am able to offer additional support to my clients on their path to enlightenment and as they learn to live in the Present Moment. These things include things such as other book recommendations, one on one support, Quantum Healing and Reiki sessions.
Want the Books but Not Ready for Guidance?

I only ask that if they touch you, as they have me and millions others, you also share them freely with others. Simply e-mail me here to request your copies.
What a Spiritual Guide is Not
A Spiritual Guide can only be as successful as the Client is focused, diligent and serious about learning how to apply teachings provided. Spiritual Guidance is NOT a substitute for any mental health service. Only a qualified doctor is legally allowed to diagnose a patient.
Therefore, Spiritual Guidance is for individuals who are emotionally and psychologically healthy and who want to make changes and move forward in their lives.
Spiritual Guidance may address specific personal projects, business success, or general conditions in the Client’s life or profession. By entering this relationship, the Client acknowledges that he/she wants to make significant progress and change in his/her life. The Spiritual Guide works with a wide range of Clients and offers a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual.
Throughout the working relationship, we will engage in direct and personal conversations. The relationship is built on trust and honesty and so all conversations and information with the Client is kept in strict privacy and confidentiality. No personal ideas, information or thoughts expressed will be shared with anyone except with the permission of the Client.
Working with the right individual is imperative! If you are not comfortable with someone, you will not benefit from their services. For this reason, I offer a FREE 30-minute consultation session so that you can make the most informed decision possible. Contact me here to schedule your consult.
