When working within the spiritual realm, the most important element is your intention.  Intentions, beyond all else, determines the energy that you will call in and/or send out.  With that being said however, we also know that every crystal and gemstone carries with it very specific energies and vibrations and so using crystals along with your intention and intended purpose can be highly beneficial.

NOTE:  We recommend that you use a maximum of 2-3 stones for any one purpose or intention.  Especially if you are sensitive to crystal energies, too many crystals can be counterproductive.  Always use your intuition when making any final decisions on which crystals you will work with and be open to switching it up if you do not experience the support you're seeking.
